A sew and stick craft kit especially designed for children to make with the supervision of an adult.(or an adult beginner to crafts) The kit has child friendly instructions made up of photographs, diagrams and words. The kit contains everything you will need to make Stanley Spider including glue, thread and needle. The kit is suitable for children 8yrs. and above with some supervision. Small parts make this kit unsuitable for small children. The kit comes in a sturdy box which would make a good bed for the finished insect. This would make a great project for home schooling combined with a lesson about spiders for example. Body is 10cm x 8cm

I have been designing and making craft kits for adults for a while now but I thought it would be a good idea to create something specifically for children. Having been an Art teacher for many years I am familiar with working with young children making crafts and also making worksheets and child friendly instructions. There is some sewing but also some sticking which makes a great combination of learning skills.
