This listing is for an A6 sized greetings card featuring illustrated flamingos and digitised hand lettering by me. The text on the face reads "I can't wait to flamingle freely with you... when all of this is over" and the card is blank inside for your message.

It could be sent to a friend, family member, colleague, a partner who lives far away... anyone you miss seeing "properly" i.e. not over zoom or from upwards of a two metre distance due to social distancing and lockdown etc.

This card was designed and printed in my studio on 230gsm matte card and comes with a scarlet red envelope. The card measures approximately 105mm x 148mm. It features a printed attachment fixed with several double-sided adhesive foam pads. The card and printed attachment are cut by hand (making them extra special) for a limited time only.

The item will be posted SECOND CLASS via Royal Mail and packed in a card backed envelope to keep it safe on its journey.

Surprisingly enough, the inspiration for this design came from the 2020/21 Coronavirus pandemic. It's been properly rubbish to not see all the people we like and love up close and personal. I never thought I'd miss hugs but apparently that's the effect a worldwide virus can have on a girl.

It's been rubbish to not get drunk and dance around our handbags... or even require the use of handbag 99% of the time due to barely leaving the house. I miss my lovely friends and I'm sure there are a lot of people in the same boat. So you can send this card to someone and show them a bit of love and be a ray of sunshine in someone else's lockdown life... just until we can flamingle freely once more.
