Hammered Hanging Copper Heart No. 3
Description
This beautiful hammered copper heart hangs from a copper swirl on antiqued chain.
The heart is made from antique copper square nails rescued from a fire damaged skiff from Lancashire.
The nails were first cleaned and polished before being forged and manifpulated into a heart shape that is soldered in two places.
The piece measures 9 cm (90 mm) in length and 4 cm (40 mm) at its widest point.
