Paisley Abbey.
A beautiful, painted, Stained Glass gargoyle for window hanging. It is made with traditional Stained Glass techniques, painted and fully fired, leaded and cemented. Images come from existing Gargoyles on UK and European Cathedrals and Abbeys. It is set in a deep box, plain pine frame with two hooks and a chain for hanging in the window. The size is 7.5" square.

Taken from the roof of Paisley Abbey in Scotland, this gargoyle has a ghoulish appearance and holds a warring dagger in his hand. I have interpreted this in stained Glass, giving it a glowing quality and a humorous human face.
