Hello I'm Bob. Thank you very much for visiting my shop and I hope you see something you like. I am a designer maker, of woodturning's for everyday use and for that special gift. Each piece is crafted entirely by hand using traditional woodturning techniques and methods, then finished with love before being passed on to its new owner.
Many thanks Bob
The barrel is made in one piece from Festival Colour Grain Wood (Pressure Dyed Birch Veneer which has been laminated together and cut on a bias) and is lovingly turned, sanded, polished and then fitted with the chrome components and twist mechanism. This pen takes a Parker style refill that operates by carefully twisting the chrome cap clockwise to lower the nib and anticlockwise to retract.
To replace the refill the chrome top is unscrewed anticlockwise completely. Refills can be purchased from most high street stationers.
It is presented in a nice Grey gift box making it a beautiful and affordable gift..
I have chosen a beautiful wood from which to make this pen. The metal components with which it is fitted compliment the colour of the wood perfectly. It would make an extremely stylish and useful gift. It is sold at a very affordable price and would be a joy to own.
A grey gift box completes the item.
