Imagine if you found a pretty leaf, & wanted to preserve its exact form forever... its intricate veins, minute fuzzy hairs and curled edges.
I was able to do just this by using art clay silver - in a paste form.

The silver leaf is 45mm in length & 27mm wide at its widest mid point.

It hangs on an angle from a silver 18 inch chain, with a 2 inch extender should you wish to wear it slightly longer.

The item will be very carefully packaged.

I had been interested in creating natural forms using art clay silver for quite some time. I was lucky enough to learn from a very talented lady who lives not too far from me.
So I created this leaf whilst under her watchful eye, layer upon layer of silver paste was applied to the actual leaf being mindful not to damage it. The whole process is fascinating! I especially loved the polishing machine X
