Love this

A simple but stylish bowl turned from Cherry, a beautiful light golden brown wood with a stunning grain pattern. The bowl measures 185mm in diameter and 50mm in height with a wall thickness of 7mm and a bowl depth of 40mm.
I turned and sanded the bowl to make it ready to seal with cellulose sand and sealer and melamine lacquer before I polished it with wax polish to a pleasing sheen to enhance the grain.

I wanted to make a simple but attractive bowl at a reasonable price, It is pleasing to the eye and would make a wonderful gift, that people will like to own and which would look good in any home decor. I also thought it would make a lovely Mother's Day Gift or 5th Wedding Anniversary present or a house warming gift.
