Over 100 years old this wee vintage Kodak Brownie Model 0 camera was first introduced in 1917 and has been beautifully upcycled into a striking and stylish desk lamp with a vintage Edison style light, complete with a telescopic tripod with extending legs. This lamp would look great as a statement piece in a livingroom, bedroom, office, bar, restaurant, or any other area.
The lamp has a height of approximately 68cm. The camera has been fitted with a metal antique style E27 lamp fitting holding a vintage Edison style incandescent light bulb.
The lamp is also fitted with a vintage style brown braided flex cable with an inline switch, an antique style metal cord grip, and a 3amp British plug. All fittings are genuine British parts hand-wired to a high, professional standard and PAT tested.
This is an original vintage item so there may be some natural wear and tear which adds to the character of the lamp.
Thank you so much for taking time to look at our handmade item, and please feel free to contact us if you have any queries.
This old vintage camera was no longer working, so we thought rather than throw it away we'd make it useful again by upcycling it to a stylish vintage Edison style tripod lamp. A lot of time and effort went into upcycliing this old camera, paying attention to detail we made sure that a high quality of fittings were used.
