Cherry wood box with a good tight fitting lid. I filled this with cotton buds so it gives a good visual idea of it's depth but I think it could be an ideal salt box or a great jewellery container, a box for keepsakes or even whole nutmegs - the choice is yours. Would be a very special gift box for a rope of pearls or special anniversary jewellery - a present to remember given with love. It has some dainty cat's paw markings in the rich grain and is super silky to touch.
I finished this item with beeswax as it's not meant to be washed, just wipe over with a soft cloth to clean and use a little bees wax if you feel it needs to be buffed up! 11cms tall, 7cms diameter
