This beautiful dark skinned fairy is an eye catching hanging decoration that will add colour, texture and charm to any child's room and can be displayed by herself or attached to an existing mobile.

The fairy is hand felted from needle felting soft merino wool around a wire frame, which means that her limbs can be gently repositioned. Her skirt is wet felted shetland wool.

She measures 17.5 cm (7 inches) in height from head to toe.

Please note that whilst the fairy makes a lovely hanging decoration for a child's room, it is not a toy and frequent or rough handling will cause the felt to become fuzzy.

The fairy will be posted out Royal Mail 2nd class delivery. She will be packaged in a small recyclable box with recyclable tissue paper providing protective layers within the box.

A couple of weeks ago I was cheered to see lots of brightly coloured pink and purple Fuschias and Violas still in bloom and brightening up a cold November day in my local park. I'm often inspired by the vivid colours in nature and the fairy's darker skin tone combines well with her vibrantly coloured clothing and results in an eye catching fairy that will cheer up any environment.
