A needle case made using the courthouse steps patchwork design using Japanese tsumugi cotton fabric in red, purple and green. The front and the back of the case are the same in design and colour. It measures 9 cm square when closed and is in all new fabric. The lining and felt are in colours which are in keeping with the main design. The felt used is an excellent quality wool mix.

I have a number of these listed in different colours. They make a perfect present for anyone who sews. Each one is unique - I don't make any two the same.

Making the needle cases enables me to have fun with the colours and fabrics - every one is different. The Japanese fabric has different thread colours used for the warp and the weft, giving it a beautiful look with a slight slub.
