Perspicacious Piscatorial pursuer, does that describe you, a friend or family member, well here is the perfect original print, created using Imprint Shadow typeface and antique catalogue printing blocks, printed on my Adana Quarto printing press.
The image size is 9cm x 15cm and comes mounted, ready to fit a 20 x 25cm frame.

I have collected antique printing blocks for many years and decided it was time to put them to use. With a brother who was a river keeper, I knew the quote by S.Bradley Stoner and thought it was a fitting match to these particular blocks.
The blocks would have been created from wood engravings, moulds were taken and turned into 'copper tops', metal printing blocks. These would be used to print catalogues and adverts.
Difficult to find now, most were scrapped or burnt, so this is truly original.
