ORIGINAL MONOPRINT - At Dunbar Quarry
Free P&P for UK buyers
This print is one of a series of four monoprints featuring pumping equipment spotted at the side of the old, now flooded, quarry near Dunbar. I cut a series of stencils for the different elements of the pump and pipework and used those to print the individual colours one by one from a gelliplate. FInally I added a background from the impression left on the gelliplate from various plant stems and seed heads.
The printed area measures 32x24cm and there is a margin around this for mounting. This print will be titled, signed and dated in the right hand corner of the printed area. This print is supplied loose (ie without a mount/mat or frame but sealed in polybag with a backing board). If you would like a mount for this print please get in touch with your frame size to discuss costs.
