An original handprinted limited edition collagraph print.
Printed using lightfast oil based inks.
Inked, wiped and pulled through an etching press by hand, by me.
Small edition of 20 only, this print as pictured is no 16 of the edition.
Actual image measures 10.7mm in diameter.
Mounted size measures 250 x 250mm.

I create my Collagraph prints using off cuts of mountboard and draw onto this with a scalpel to either remove sections of paper or incise lines on the plate, sometimes adding collaged items and texture medium in order to create the image.

This particular printing plate is an old beer mat.

The prints are all hand inked, wiped and burnished before pulling them through an etching press onto dampened Fabriano print paper. This process means each print in the edition will be slightly different.

Printed onto Fabriano Rosapina, slightly off white acid free printing paper, 285gsm.
Mounted into archival mount board, soft off white colour with subtle texture.
Wrapped in cellophane for protection.
