Inspired by the beautiful colours of dusk, this bauble is a beautiful mixture of brilliant blue and vibrant pink glitter encased in a 6cm glass bauble to form a luxury no mess take on the traditional glitter bauble.

Each decoration is carefully hand crafted, creating beautiful works of glittering art inside its own little world of glass. The best part of all is that you can say goodbye to finding glitter around the house long into February!

Living as someone with chronic health conditions I have a love-hate relationship with glittery Christmas decorations. On the one hand, I love the beauty and warmth of a gorgeously decorated tree, and the way it can make a room feel cosy and safe. On the other hand, as I struggle with both energy and pain levels, traditional glittery decorations that leave glitter around well into the new year take much of the fun out of having them up In the first place.
So I decided to experiment and make some beautiful glittering baubles that would take all of that added cleaning out of the equation. Here's to all who hate the Christmas cleanup!

I have always created paintings with strong colour combinations drawing inspiration from nature, and working with glitter is no different. With this particular bauble I drew inspiration from the colours I associate with a peaceful sunset that gives me a sigh of relief, and reminds me its ok to just be myself - imperfections and all.
