"I have a gift token to use, how do I use it?"

Follow this step-by-step guide on how to use your gift token to purchase a custom-made handwoven scarf of your very own!

1) Select the colourway you would like from the available options in the 'Handwoven Scarf with Twisted Fringe - Made to Order' listing in my Folksy shop.

2) Make sure you enter your unique gift token code in the 'Choose Options' area, I will need this information to confirm you have an eligible code.

3) Click 'Add to Basket'

4) At the bottom of the Basket page, you will see this message: "If you are unable to pay using Folksy or PayPal, click here to fill in this form." Follow this link.

5) Enter your details such as your name and address, I'll need these to post your completed scarf to you.

6) In the 'Explain your payment issue' box at the bottom of the page, type the following: "I am purchasing from this seller with a gift token." This is for the benefit of Folksy so they understand the reason for this method of payment.

7) Click 'Send Details and Confirm Purchase'

8) That's it! I will confirm your gift token code and your order will be in the system - your scarf will be posted to you as soon as it is completed!
