Stained glass stylised iridescent red robin. Suncatcher hanging decoration.
Description
This robin's breast has been cut from an iridescent pale red glass. The back and wing are a striped brown and clear showing different strengths of colour. The wing is soldered on top of the body giving a hint of 3D. The beak gives a tiny flash of yellow.
Once cut and ground, each piece is copper foiled, soldered and polished. The eye has been added to give the Robin a little character and a jump ring has been fixed for easy hanging in your window.
I will enclose a small window succer but if possible please hang with fishing line or thin ribbon from a pin or window catch.
