Stag Head - Denim Fabric Taxidermy
Description
This is a wall mounted fabric taxidermy of a stags head.it is created from scraps of repurposed denim left over from other projects and a variety of vintage hand dyed lace oversewn with free motion embroidery.
It measures from tip of antlers to base 54 cms, width of antlers 29cms and depth of head 24cms. it is backed with an embroidery hoop covered also with denim, to make for easy hanging up.
Inspiration
We decided to use up the scraps of denim we had accumulated after making other items. This is one of our favourites. We call them Scrappies
