We love Northumberland as a place to go on holiday, it was Ian's childhood holiday destination and one of the things that has always fascinated us is the beautifullly carved headstones in graveyards with elaborate Celtic knots. How hard could it be to make on in wood, pretty hard, it was a slow process and taught me patience if nothing else. Handmade in oak, this pieces is as yet unfinished and the choice of finish can be set in the options. The last image shows another cross ammonia fumed to give an antique finish which is one of the finish options. Dimensions. H30xW18xD3 cm approx.
