Perfect for autumn snuggles, this cosy blanket works equally well as a cot /pram blanket or small sofa throw. Handmade in Aran weight 100% acrylic yarn, the blanket is chunky and soft and can be machine washed on a gentle setting. This is a handmade item in traditional crochet, with individual flower motifs crocheted and joined together with a simple striped border in complementary colours. The blanket measures 29"x36" / 74x90cm.

The pattern for this blanket is adapted from one I first tried for a charity crochet-along during lockdown. I immediately became hooked on trying out different colour combinations for flowers and background. This combination was inspired by a friend's new sofa!
