I wove this British wool fabric for this purse on my vintage 4 shaft loom in my home studio. I used a British wool neon pink and dark grey creating a tabby and twills pattern.
The fabric was then wet finished before cutting out the pieces and sewing my own design to fit the 12.5 cm antique style metal purse frame. It is lined with an African wax print effect fabric. The purse/mini bag is finished off with an antique style metal detachable chain allowing it to be used across the body as a mini bag to put your essentials in. Large enough to fit in a medium sized mobile phone, keys etc.
Dimensions width 18.5 cm, depth 15 cm
Handwash only after detaching chain.
