Lantic Bay is a little way up the coast from Polruan along a particularly beautiful stretch of the South East Cornish Coast, very popular with walkers. With a bit of extra effort, the beach can easily be reached and is often quieter than most. Watching the spray come over the rocks as the tide comes in is very special.
