The love of life within is my meditation as I ponder different thoughts that run through my mind there is always time for thoughtful contemplation of looking beyond what is there, so a scene of myself floating towards a beech in one of the many places of outstanding beauty spots in Cornwall comes to mind and stopping standing on the edge of the water towards the bank of gentle swaying Oak trees is a wonderful moment of serenity.
