Treat yourself or a loved one to a moment of crochet succulent joy! Succulent plants are easy to keep, will mostly take care of themselves, and they look super sweet cocooned in these handmade crochet holders. The plant pot holders are made from recycled t-shirt yarn. Each one is unique, and comes complete with a bamboo drip tray in the bottom.

Each plant will be securely packaged in tissue paper, a beautiful gift for a loved one for their birthday, wedding or simply as a thoughtful 'I'm thinking of you,' gift. If you'd like a special message including in the box, please let me know and that can be arranged, no problem.

Water your succulent sparingly, particularly throughout Winter. They need to be kept in a light spot, not too hot, not too chilly. They can be displayed outdoors throughout the warmer Summer months, but bring them in for a cheerful Autumn display.

Each succulent comes in a 12cm pot.
