My very first childrens story book, written and illustrated by me.
The little stories started as little scribbles and sketches to give my granddaughter something to look forward to as they were shielding during lockdown 2020.
The stories were written about Ivy and her little blue elephant Izzit and the adventures they have together and sometimes with friends, who are Ivy's toys with the names Ivy gave them.
This is the first
Ivy and Molly's seaside adventure ( with Izzit too!).
This story also involves Molly who lives next door they fly on a magic unicorn they rescue an orangutan who only eats oranges that's why orangutans are orange isn't it?
There are over 20 pictures all my work drawn and painted on watercolour paper with pencils and paint.
This story can be read by a 5 yrs plus child or read to at bedtime so your little one can dream of sandcastles and unicorns. The drawings encourage discussion and observation, helping others and I hope try to encourage your little person to draw themselves?
I hope you enjoy my stories and they become a bedtime favourite.
I am known for my huge wildlife paintings in collections all over the world this is a new and exciting project. Please enjoy and send me photos of your little one with the book and tell me how much they liked it or not!.

I drew these pictures and wrote the stories for my granddaughter and so many people asked for copies I,decided to publish them,this has been a totally new path for me and my work. I have also made little dolls to go with the story from fabric I designed and had printed. Ivy is an inquisitive child and gives me inspiration everytime I talk with her even though I cant hug her or tickle her I can make her smile and I hope other children will feel the same.
