These bark change trays are made from natural bark edged wood and smooth wood with natural grain patterns and burrs. Each one is unique just like the trees they came from. They are hand turned by my Dad and then sanded, piled and sealed with varnish to protect them. They make the ideal gift, a lovely tactile and useful gift that will fit into any home with their natural textures and colours.

These came about as I set my mind to creating some gifts to solve that age old problem of what to buy for the people who are so difficult to buy for. I asked my Dad if he could turn some change or trinket trays for me and when he got to work he came up with these. We love the natural colours and textures of them, as individual as the trees they came from. When you get creative sometimes the best things come about by accident!

We also have some less rustic ones available with a watch stand made out of waste oak.
