Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Please also be mindful of where you are positioning your mirrors. As with all mirrored surfaces they can magnify the suns rays and therefore should be positioned away from combustible materials. Acrylic is proun to 'Silvering' which is grey marks around the edges of the mirrors. Whilst every precaution is taken to ensure that our chalkboards are fully weather proofed. Life expectancy cannot be guaranteed due to the unpredictability of weather conditions, to help prolong the life of your chalkboards we recommend that they are covered during the winter months or stored indoors
