Item details

19 x 19 cm square with edges raised 0.5 cm above the central flat base of the dish. It is made with 2 layers of glass fused together with an embedded confetti style pattern at one edge, finished with a very fine line of transparent glass at the edge next to the pattern and also at the opposite side. There is a square central dip, ideal for a statement candle. The glass has a smooth glossy finish and the edges are rounded.

One of the Black & White collection of fused glass dishes I made from June 2014 until mid-2015. This is the only one of its kind. I made very few of the small square dishes (mainly due to the lack of space in my kiln - at the time I was fusing daily to meet demand and the size of the mould didn't quite fit in with other items). That said - this is a good piece, the lines are clear and straight where the colour blocks meet. Its one of a number of older pieces I am hoping to sell to make some space for my newer creations.
