Im a Scottish artist and travel about usually by car or on my bike but always on the lookout for interesting for views . I was passing through Inveruglas at side of loch lomond and saw the flat serence calm surface of the wate on the Loch against the small islan. I stopped to lookand just loved the hazey look and thought it would make a great painting. Some sketches and some photographs and this painting was the result although it did take me year to get round to painting it.
