Introducing the MilkCaddy, a secure and attractive storage solution for milk delivered to your home.
Handmade in solid softwood with dowel and glue or screwed joints. The lid features a magnetic closure ensuring it remains securely shut thus preventing birds/rodents from getting to your milk.
Designed to accommodate 4 standard glass milk bottles, either 1 pint or 1 litre sizes fit.
Our MilkCaddy is finished in durable exterior paint and hand waxed.

The MilkCaddy can be freestanding outside your door on its nylon feet, or wall mounted using the keyhole shaped holes in the rear board. (screws not included)

SHOP CLOSURE

Do to family illness we have had to take the difficult to decision to close our Folksy shop at the end of June. We still have some fabulous items available at great prices and once they're gone that's it folks!

Thankyou to all our amazing customers who have supported us on our journey so far, but for the forseeable future our efforts are needed elsewhere.

This started as a commissioned piece from a customer who had switched to doorstep milk deliveries and wanted a secure box where the Milkman could leave milk and the birds couldn't get to it.

Of course it wasn't just functional but needed to be decorative too, sitting outside her front door. So Steve's wonderful design, the MilkCaddy(c) was born! We're happy to report that the customer is delighted with the first ever MilkCaddy and so we've decided to feature it on our shop. This particular one we have available is a white finish but we can customise to suit your needs, with or without hand stencilled lettering.

So if you're considering returning to doorstep deliveries of milk, this offers a great solution.
