Please allow for a potential delay in delivery of your items in the coming weeks due to the current Coronavirus pandemic. The majority of my items within the UK are sent signed for. Royal Mail have issued a statement in regards to signed for delivery:
Signing for and receiving items
In order to protect both our people and customers as much as possible, we will not be handing over our hand-held devices to customers to capture signatures. Postmen and women will instead log the name of the person accepting the item. This will apply to Special Delivery Guaranteed, Tracked 24/48 with Signature and Signed For services.
Additionally, for all customers (including those who are self-isolating) where we need to deliver any parcel that won’t fit through your letterbox, we will place your item at your door. We will then step aside to a safe distance while you retrieve it. This will ensure your item is delivered securely rather than being left outside.
If you are unable to come to the door at all we will issue a ‘Something for You’ card, advising of other ways you can arrange to get your item. For example, by getting a friend or family member to collect the parcel from our local Customer Service Point on your behalf.
For international orders there are significant delays with postal delivery at present due to the current Coronavirus pandemic. Therefore please be aware of this when ordering your items.
A pretty handmade sterling silver chainmaille flower pendant. The design of the pendant is called a reverse tao flower, based on a Japanese chainmaille weave.
Sterling silver jump rings are individually linked together to create a 3 dimensional hollow flower shape. this pendant is hallmarked as per British Hallmarking laws and also contains my own makers mark.
The pendant measures 2.5 cm and is hung from a 45 cm (18 inch) sterling silver chain. It will arrive in a black gift box with care instructions included to keep your jewellery looking beautiful.

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

If the fault is due to an error on the buyer's part (e.g. damage due to mis-use) there will be a charge for the repair and all postage will be paid by the buyer. Non-EU Sales: Please read details above as the same applies. Non-Receipt of Items: In the unlikely event that you have not received your item after 30 days please contact me. This will enable me to contact the mailing company and start investigating where your item is. Non-EU Sales - Refunds European Union Consumer law does not apply to Non-EU sales. For refunds for change of mind for Non-EU sales, please contact me letting me know you would like a refund within 14 days of receipt. You must send the item back to me at your expense, which may be more than the postage charge to receive it, and within 14 days of notifying me of your intent to return the item. Please package the item carefully and clearly mark the front of the parcel as ‘Returned Goods’. I am not responsible for any customs charges incurred if you fail to do so. When the item is back and it is in original, unused condition, you will receive a refund of the full item price only. I will consider a cancellation if I have not started the order or if I have not bought supplies for it already.
