These miniature paintings are A6 size. The painting size is approximately 3" x 3". To create your custom illustration all I need is a clear image of the chosen house, ideally front on like those pictured, and the message you would like written underneath. If you don't have a photo of the house please send me a message before purchasing, with the help of the internet I can usually find one from the address! Please use the comments box when ordering to leave your personalised message and send me the photo/s after placing your order.

Larger sizes are available under the Personalised House Portrait listing. I'm able to gift wrap this item with a hand written note, just leave add this to the order notes. Please note the mount and frame are not included. Please also note that, unless faulty, I don't accept returns on personalised items.
