Hello! My shop is looking a little depleted because I will be in Brittany for a couple of months from the 9th of July. Due to the new customs rules I can't take my finished artwork or wools with me, but I will, however, be able to take pet portrait commissions for delivery in October, November and December. So if you would like a life-like, lasting memento of your pet, please contact me.
I've been seeing highland cattle in the oddest of places recently and this is a portrait of one that I met in Central Brittany earlier this year. Usually you can tell if the animal is a bull or a cow by the direction of the horns....pointing up for a cow and pointing down for a bull. This one is a tad confused but actually a girl.
Fenella is needlefelted natural fleece and merino wool body on a wet-felted merino wool background.
