This card is taken from my original Collagraph print Jenny Wren.
These small birds are notoriously difficult to spot as they flit and fly about so quickly, blink and you miss them. You’ll more than likely hear them than see them as they can sing very loudly for such a tiny bird.
A good way to spot them is to look towards the bottom of old hedgerows during late Spring and early summer as they prefer to nest and raise their young nearer the ground rather than up on high.
The format and size of this card fits perfectly into a standard square frame too should you wish to frame it ...
