I have here a quirky and unique 'Mermaid under the sea' ornament made from painted driftwood, sea pottery, sea shells, sea glass and sea marble. Measures 14 X 18 X 10 cms. Would make a great gift for mermaid lovers!

This under the sea ornament is a recent creation made from things found along the beaches of Fife where I live. I love to imagine what the random things I find could be. I began with the mermaid, which started life as a simple piece of sea pottery. I painted it with acrylics, and it went from there! The little crab is painted on a pottery sphere.It was a lot of fun making this piece- I hope it makes you smile!
