This is memorial piece of art, incorprating cremation ashes into a painting if you choose this option. It is personalised with a name, date if you wish, along with your own message.

I call them"Ashes Into Art"

The original, one off background is painted in watercolour, which showcases a painted heart or hearts, which is circa 7cm (2.76"). The hearts are painted with your chosen colours, incorporating cremation ashes if this option is chosen, otherwise a mixture of sands are used.

This showcases the "Earth Collection". Colours here are browns, blacks, moss green - colours close to the earth.

The watercolour background is completed using professional grade watercolours, and again I can create any colour option, so if the item photos do not show your preferred colour, then please message me. As these are individually created just for you, then your own finished piece will not be exactly as the photos.

The 6x4" (15.2x10.2cm) painting is mounted in white, with a matching backing board, which measures 8x6" (20.3x15.2cm) The heart itself is circa 7x7cm (2.76x2.76") within the painting

I recently lost my horse and being an artist, decided to complete a number of portraits of her. I wanted to make the portraits into a framed collage piece which included her ashes also, and so this is how "ashes into art" evolved.

Later when my parents both died, I created a piece to include them with my sister, which is a comforting waty to remember them all. The overlapping 3 hearts depicts the closeness and togetherness I was looking to portray, and shows that life and death are connected.

I wanted to create the four elements in a colour scheme, so customers can choose their preferred range based upon their own, their loved ones or their pets favourite colours and interests, which is how these collections were developed.
