This striking quilled freesia in burnt orange and vibrant yellow is made entirely of paper strips. The intricate level of detail in the petals, leaves and vase adds depth to the piece. The quilled wooden shelf compliments the arrangement.

My grandmother loved all kinds of plants and was a keen gardener. I can’t say I’m much of a gardener myself but I know a fair bit about plants from listening to her. She loved the garden in summer and freesias were some of her favourites. So this is for her, and represents family and togetherness.
