Embroidered puffin brooch with a needle felted background.

- Measures approximately 5cm x 4cm.
- Royal Mail Second class

This brooch is made by hand and because of this no two brooches will be identical. You will receive a brooch that is similar to the one in the photo. I will create other puffin brooches but both the background, positioning and bird detail will be slightly different.

I saw my first puffin on a school trip to the Farne Islands on a grey, blustery rainy day many, many years ago. Since then puffins for me have been more regularly seen on boat trips around the islands near to Skye on more sunnier days. I love the way they float in the water, bobbing up and down and the colours on their beaks are beautiful.
