This is a large table lamp but also Living Room art. The base is a waxed, solid, carved wood that has a switched light fitting sunk into it, it has a very long gold coloured flex and the bottom of the piece is baized. The lamp is a piece of day time art that transforms into an evening table lamp - the back plate is a translucent medium blue 6mm plate of art glass, organically shaped & set into the wood - and the front plate is full of bubbles from fusing two pieces of 3mm glass together with glass paint in the kiln with silver foil cut and ripped to look like fish and the sea bed. In terms of dimensions, it is 27cm tall at the highest point and 25cm broad - 15cm deep.
