Item details
Travelling to a remove part of Scotland, the Morvern Peninsular provided ample amounts of inspiration. I stayed in a wind powered building, for a few days, which was only accessible by boat, dirt track then on foot. On one of the walks I went on, I came across this small Island, with trees growing on the rocks. This became the basis for the print, which was made using a range of photographic and digital techniques. The circular motif reminds me of Japanese Printmaking which I am particularly inspired by.
