POLARISED BEARS - An original linocut print
Description
"POLARISED BEARS" is an original linocut print of two polar bears going nose-to-nose.
It's one of my reduction linocut prints with a wildlife theme and is printed with a press on high quality Somerset printing paper using pale blue, pale grey and black inks .
The print is from a limited and individually numbered edition of 20 prints and is signed by me. Because this was made using the reduction print technique I can't make any more.
There are four mounting and framing options.

- NONE (unmounted bare print)
- MOUNT (off-white window mount.
- FRAME WHITE (off-white frame, off-white mount).
- FRAME BLACK (black frame, off-white mount).

Inspiration
I like wordplay and often think of a title before the image. This image of two polar bear going nose-to-nose image is one such instance.
I'm not sure of the details of the situation - is this a stand-off between two stubborn bears? Maybe they're meeting for the first time since lock-down. Perhaps it's love...
Whatever the reason, I hope they get things sorted out.
