The world's first cast-iron bridge which spans the River Severn at Ironbidge, Telford.

Limited edition print of 100 prints 8" x 8" mounted in an acid free off white mount to a standard size of 12" x 12".

Print is of a watercolour and pen painting by Lynne M Kirby BA(Hons)

Printed by a professional print shop on a heavy, flat, silk finish paper. Proof checked and signed by the artist. The print you receive is a high resolution image without watermark.

Presented in cellophane with a board stiffener.

Secured in the centre of a corrugated cardboard envelope to protect the edges.

I first visited this iron bridge when I was 9 years old and it was celebrating its 200th anniversary! The history of iron making and the wonder of it being the world's first ever bridge cast in iron captured my imagination and held me in awe ever since. Such an impressive example of how beautiful and elegant an industrial material can be, and made so long ago.
