Item details
A hand built , press moulded mug , made from a retro Spode style tankard mug that also has an egg cup sister. A collectors piece as this mould was destroyed by Spode last year . I worked at the Ceramics Biennial in 2016 and I was allowed to take some moulds to make my own designs from. The hand painted ,designed images of an ancient God - Enki add to the historical theme.
