This is the first in my new range of fact and activity books, introducing you to 12 amazing birds that you might see in your garden or in your local area.

For each bird you get my illustration, some info, a fun fact, their wingspan and a colouring page. Then there is also a bird spotting page, wordsearch, dot to dot, search and count, spot the difference and a how to make a bird feeder.

Printed on recycled paper using vegetable based inks and with a wire binding that mean s you can lie the book flat and flick between pages easily when you are identifying your birds. The book is a5 in size so is perfect for taking out on walks as well as using in the garden.

I am passionate about our natural world and dream of teaching kids all about the animals we share the planet with so they can fall in love and want to protect them for the future.

With everyone at home during the Covid19 19 pandemic I know that lots of people are looking for things to do and I want to try and get them to connect with nature as much as possible. So I created the first in my fact and activity book collection to introduce kids to 12 of the amazing birds that they might see in their garden, and give them some fun activities to do at the same time.
