Many years ago I was in a boat on one of the Islands on the west coast of Scotland ..I was so amazed how people coped with having dogs on board with them ..all the carry on trying to get them off for a walk no matter the weather or getting the shopping water and food and the more I watched the more I realised how much fun the dogs were having ..being part of the crew!! So this little painting was created.. I called it stopping for provisions
