This artwork is part of a series of abstract seascapes inspired by the light, colour, movement and interaction of the sea with the sky and sometimes the land. Some works are close to the original scene whereas others are more abstract interpretations. All my works originate from colour photographs taken at different times of day whilst at sea on my kayak. I then digitally process them to evoke a sense of movement and emotion.
