I am inspired by the wild flowers that grow profusely around the beautiful countryside in Cumbria where I live. I press many flowers and have used these as a template or stencil to make this outlined, simple images of flowers.
The paper used is handmade in South India and is acid free- PLEASE NOTE the nature of the paper means the paintings are not flat, they have a slight ripple effect which I think adds to the texture of these natural paintings.
Each painting is A4 size and fits a standard size frame.
