My inspiration comes from my love of the ocean and surf culture. I can sit on the beach for ages watching the waves roll in. Even better when I'm in the line up waiting for the next wave to ride.
When I found this piece of driftwood I knew exactly what I wanted to do with it. And with a bit of trimming of the edges and a whole lot of carving and smoothing here it is.
