Lutra depicts an otter and is a hand painted monoprint from a lino block and printed on a hand press. The background is green and yellow and the otter is shaded in browns and oranges.
Sale, £20 instead of £25.
It is signed and titled in pencil by the artist.

The print is supplied in a textured cream mount.

It is a variable edition; every hand painted print is unique.
Mount size: to fit a frame measuring 8 by 8 inches.
Printed on Fabriano paper using water washable oil and water based inks.
Colour fixed using a waterbased craft spray.
The colour may vary slightly from the image.

Proseprints is keen to be green, our printed greeting cards are on recycled paper, with bio-degradable cellos, we use paper based packaging and are introducing non-plastic packaging for protecting artwork. We also support a local conservation charity, donating money from the sales of our cards and artwork.

I live near the river Torridge and have been lucky enough to see an Otter feeding and playing in the water twice over the last three years. What a joy. Amazing creatures.
£5 from the sale of this monoprint is being donated to the The Torrington Conservators, a local charity who care and maintain the Torrington Commons with its riverside walks.
