This deer print is a Ink and watercolour image of a male deer. The original image was sketched onto watercolour paper and then enhanced with ink and watercolour. This is a print of the original artwork which has been photographed and reprinted without being retouched. The idea was based around the concept of the stag antlers, during certain seasons, the antlers are shed and regrow which symbolises regeneration and personal regrowth. The geometric pattern enclosed in a circle is to represent the circle of life .This deer wall art represents spirituality and personal progression. The print is inspired by Scandinavian prints and would work well in a Swedish farmhouse themed room.

This image is printed on 360 gsm paper using an inkjet printer and high quality inks. The item will be packaged in cellophane wrap inside a hard backed envelope to get to you in top condition.

I wanted to achieve a watercolour splash effect with this piece and at the time of making the piece I felt it was a perfect seasonal, festive piece to hang above the fireplace for the winter.
